INMOTIONS GENERAL TERMS

1 - Conception, Technical Organization and Terms of Travel
The Technical Organization and Terms of Travel included on this website are sole responsibility of Cityrama Viagens e Turismo SA , with Registered office in Lisbon, in Rua Duque de Ávila nº 116 R/C 1050-084, corporate N.º 500 064 555, with a share capital of 250 000Euros, registered with Commercial Registry of Lisbon under N.º 33719 and registration licence N.º 208/63

2 - Programme Changes
The programmes here suggested are mere examples. Whenever the client wishes to change any offers or service, a new budget and programme will be offered. Whenever needed, Cityrama reserves the right to change any tour, the departure time, or choosing a different hotel with similar features, having Cityrama Viagens e Turismo no obligation to refund or compensate the client. Due to force major any tour can be cancelled. In this case all pay amounts are reimbursed immediately.

3 - Price Changes
Cityrama reserves the right to submit any booking fees, train tickets purchase and deliver. All prices are based on service costs in force, thus prices might change according to any price increasing concerning transports and fuel costs, local taxes, taxes, currency changes. If a tour price changes, the client will be immediately noticed and invited, within a limit period of time, in order to accept the new price or to cancel his registration according to the terms and conditions provided by the following clause "Cancellation/Termination by Cityrama".

4 - Refunds
After the day of departure no refund can be considered for services not used by client. If services provided by the trip programme cannot be carried out due to reasons which Cityrama cannot accept liability and if its replacement is not possible for other equivalent, the client is entitled to receive the difference amount  for services which were expected to be carried out and those which were actually provided.

5 - Deposit and Cancellation
A 25% deposit amount of the total booking value is to be paid within booking confirmation. The remaining payments should be done prior to the departure of the client and full payment has to be made prior to the departure. After booking confirmation and in case of cancellation or termination by the client, all charges shall be applied to the client. Bookings made less than 7 days before the date of departure of the service requested, can be paid by credit card or at our site. Cityrama reserves the right to terminate any booking if the client was not able to fulfil the payment according to the terms and conditions above mentioned.
Cancellation and no shows less than 24 hours have no right to refund. The same that can ocurre during the weekend and bank holiday should be done to the emergency number on the client voucher.

6 - Complaints
These will only be accepted in written once directed to the agency where the booking and payment were done within the limit of 15 days after the service has been rendered. Complaints can only be accepted after details have been communicated to the respective suppliers (hotels, guides, local agents, etc.) during the trip or stay demanding the respective documents to confirm the incident.

7 - Taxes
All prices mentioned include VAT that shall be due at the rate in force

8 - Children's Conditions
Accomodation:
Children's conditions will be informed within the booking: They depend on each hotel policy.
Transports: Whenever the client requires any supplementary means of transport, such as bus or train, accompanied children are subject to discount prices provided by those means of transport.

9 - Travel Documents:
The client must have all his personal documents in order (I.D., military documents, minor travel documents, passport, visas, vaccines and other eventually required documents).
If the client is not allowed to enter in Portugal or refuses to do the check-in at hotels, Cityrama is not liable for such action. The conditions established for termination or cancellation is to be applied and all following charges are due to the client.

10 - Cancellation/ Termination by Cityrama
Cityrama cannot be held responsible for the failure to comply with certain services for which Cityrama is no responsible. If Cityrama is not able to accomplish certain essential services mentioned by the trip programme, the client is entitled to cancel the trip and all prepayments will be paid back. If he wants he may accept a programme change and pay a different price. Cityrama cannot be held responsible for if the above mentioned facts might lead to trip cancellation. In this case, the client may choose other trip with a similar price. If this trip has a lower price, the client shall be reimbursed deducting the difference.

11 - Travel cancellation
If the client or any member of his group gives up his reservation, he will have to pay all charges as well as an additional cost that can reach 15% of the tour total amount. In this case, the client will be returned of an amount that consists in the difference between the amount already paid and the above mentioned amounts.

12 - Liability
Cityrama accepts whole liability for the programmes and services provided. Cityrama has a liability insurance and a guarantee deposit as provided by law.
The mentioned prices include V.A.T that shall be due at the rate in force.

Note: 
Any other specific terms and conditions may be added to the present General Terms and Conditions as long as agreed by both parties.
Any dispute arising from the construction and performance of this agreement shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of Tribunal da Comarca de Lisboa (Court of first instance in Lisbon).
